As one of the hottest peppers in the world, Carolina Reapers get their name from their origins in South Carolina.They have a red coloring that starts off green to yellow and eventually turns red. The plant can grow anywhere between 3 to 4 ft in length. The plant takes around 90 to 100 days to mature. The heat rating of this plant is 1,500,000 scovilles…but for the less adventurous, it can just be a spicy conversation piece to your garden.
