Zinnias have large, dahlia-type flowers that bloom in a brilliant, rosy purple. This flower grows from 2-4 inches tall and should begin to bloom 60-70 days after planting. Zinnias also attract pollinators while repelling deer. To use them in a bouquet, cut the Zinnias above the leaves and place them in a vase. More Zinnias will bloom on the stem.
