Famous for their fiery heat, Thai Bird’s Eye peppers are tiny but mighty, ripening from green to bright red. They have a sharp, intense heat (about 50,000–100,000 Scoville units) and are staples in Southeast Asian cooking. Plants grow 24–36 inches tall and start producing fruit about 80–90 days from transplant.
