Thai Holy Basil, also known as Krapao Red, is an ancestral herb from Thailand. This intensely aromatic, slightly spicy holy basil has a variety of purposes in culinary, medicinal, and spiritual landscapes. This herb’s purple flowers are also used in the garden for aesthetics and attracting pollinators. They grow about 12-18” tall and have fuzzy leaves with serrated edges.
